German Accent!!?
As somw guys and friends know I work for Teletech, an outsourcing company that offrer its services to other companies (charter, sbc, aeromexico, etc). And I also have to speak in english there!!
WE have to deal with a lot of customers. Angry, happy, upset, etc etc.. customers that always want the best but sometimes they do not pay fot the best!! SO!! how can we explain that...
The thing is that Yesterday I was talking to a customer who was very upset and he was kind of mad... after some minutes explaining his statement and that things he said "I can hear that you are not from the states for your accent" And when I was about to say that I was Mexican He interrupted me and said "Are you German? Yes, I think you are german, because u have a german accent. I really love Germany."
After that I thought "well sir.. If you can see me now.. I am pretty sure that you would say.. U are no t german"! jajajaja
... Por eso decia que Mexico!! MExico !! MEXICO!!
